You have 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a strong focus on building and maintaining support systems. Your expertise includes working with tools like Zendesk, and you understand the intricacies of customer support workflows. You are proficient in Linux and have experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, which allows you to effectively manage and scale systems. You are a problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your technical skills to improve processes and support systems. Your strong communication skills enable you to work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement within existing systems, always looking for ways to optimize performance and user satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the administration and configuration of post-purchase support systems, ensuring they are optimized for thousands of agents. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance their workflows. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to ensure high-quality support for buyers and sellers on the platform.

You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation related to system configurations and processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared across teams.
