What you'll do

As the Director of IT at Benevity, you will directly own and manage the Infrastructure Operations function, overseeing the design, deployment, maintenance, and security of all cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and performance of IT services, enabling the organization to operate efficiently and effectively.

You will collaborate closely with the CISO to implement security measures that protect the organization's data and infrastructure. Your role will involve developing and executing IT strategies that support the company's growth and digital transformation objectives. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring that the organization has access to the best technology solutions available.

In this position, you will drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience through technology, ensuring that all team members have the tools they need to succeed. You will lead efforts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency, leveraging intelligent automation where possible.
