What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Benevity's innovative platform, focusing on the Financial Engine that empowers leading companies to engage their employees and customers in social action. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Key Partners, to ensure that the platform offers a best-in-class user experience. Your responsibilities will include crafting production-level code, engaging in collaborative efforts to define requirements, and conducting research to support implementation plans.

You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that the codebase remains clean and maintainable while adhering to quality controls. As a Senior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
