You are an aspiring Real Estate Analyst eager to make an impact in the commercial real estate sector. You possess a foundational understanding of financial modeling and analysis, particularly in the context of tax credit financed transactions. You are detail-oriented and have a strong desire to learn from experienced professionals in the field. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to engage with various stakeholders to facilitate project reviews and analyses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Acquisitions and Underwriting teams by building and maintaining financial models for tax credit financed real estate transactions. You will assist senior staff in the initial review of transactions, ensuring that all necessary due diligence is conducted effectively. Your responsibilities will include preparing deal summaries for presentation to investors and the investment committee, as well as coordinating with internal and external professionals on project-specific analyses. You will interact with various teams, including Acquisitions, Developer, and Asset Management, to ensure that proposed investments are feasible and align with customer investment criteria.
