SpaceX is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to support the Facilities team in managing corporate real estate transactions and maintaining property portfolios. This role requires strong collaboration with legal and finance departments to execute real estate transactions effectively.

Who you are
You have a strong background in real estate analysis, with experience in managing corporate real estate portfolios. Your ability to identify prospective properties and negotiate lease and acquisition terms is well-honed, allowing you to navigate complex transactions with ease. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all documentation is accurately maintained and accessible, whether in hard copy or electronic formats. Your communication skills enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and brokers, fostering collaboration across various departments.
Desirable
Experience in the aerospace or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with real estate market data analysis. You are comfortable working with legal and finance teams, understanding the nuances of real estate transactions and the importance of timely and accurate documentation. Your proactive approach to tracking key property portfolio details ensures that critical dates and lease provisions are always up to date.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Facilities team by managing corporate real estate matters, including identifying and evaluating prospective properties of interest. You will negotiate lease and acquisition terms, ensuring that all transactions align with SpaceX's strategic goals. Collaborating closely with legal and finance departments, you will execute real estate transactions, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that payments are processed accurately and on time.
You will maintain a comprehensive real estate database, ensuring that all required documentation is properly stored and easily accessible. This includes legal documents, correspondence, and other critical information related to the corporate real estate portfolio. Your ability to track and report on key property portfolio details will be essential in providing insights that facilitate internal recommendations and decisions.
Gathering real estate market data will be a key part of your responsibilities, enabling you to make informed recommendations to the Facilities team. You will correspond with landlords, property owners, and brokers to maintain strong relationships, ensuring that SpaceX's real estate needs are met effectively.
