Who you are
You have a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail, which allows you to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in insurance operations equips you with the knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations and assess risks associated with property management. You are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including insurance agents, borrowers, and clients, to facilitate smooth operations. You thrive in a collaborative setting, providing support to team members and contributing to the overall success of the insurance portfolio management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance as required, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will administer and place force-placed insurance for non-compliant borrowers, working closely with insurance agents to resolve any issues. Your responsibilities will include processing manual flood orders and following up with borrowers on flood non-compliance. Additionally, you will manage insurance claims on a portfolio of loans, interacting with lenders and Master Servicers as needed. You will also provide support to Insurance Analysts in other locations, fostering a collaborative work environment.
