Who you are
You have extensive experience in real estate underwriting, particularly in the context of tax credit equity syndications. Your background includes a deep understanding of low-income housing tax credits and multi-family real estate investments, allowing you to effectively analyze and assess investment proposals. You possess strong leadership skills and are comfortable coordinating underwriting functions and personnel to ensure timely and high-quality due diligence.
You thrive in a collaborative team environment, where you can contribute ideas and lead discussions throughout the underwriting process. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including acquisitions teams, is essential for driving projects from proposal to closing. What you'll do
As the Vice President of Underwriting, you will serve as the lead contact for all underwriting functions within the Tax Credit Equity division. You will oversee the analysis and underwriting of proposed investments, ensuring that all due diligence is completed accurately and on time. Your role will involve coordinating with dedicated underwriting personnel and collaborating closely with the acquisitions team to facilitate the underwriting process.
