Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience in a data analysis role, where you've developed strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your proficiency in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, while your advanced Excel skills enable you to create insightful performance dashboards and reports. You are comfortable handling sensitive performance data and understand the importance of data integrity in driving business decisions.

Your strong stakeholder management skills make you adept at communicating with executives and team members alike. You possess a creative and analytical mindset, allowing you to approach problems from multiple angles and develop practical solutions. You take ownership of your work and are accountable for the outcomes, ensuring that your contributions align with the organization's goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with leadership, HR, and operations to define and monitor performance metrics across the organization. You will analyze productivity trends and drive incentive payouts on a monthly basis, ensuring that performance frameworks are effectively implemented. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance team performance.

You will be responsible for creating and managing performance dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into team productivity.
