What you'll do
As a Loan Processor at Better, you will be responsible for processing FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, HELOC, HELOAN, and Jumbo Loans. You will work closely with customers to gather necessary documentation and ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan approval process, addressing any issues that may arise along the way.
You will also be tasked with maintaining organized records and documentation for each loan, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
