Who you are
You have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, which enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your communication skills allow you to collaborate with various teams and influence through teamwork. You are self-motivated, bringing a high level of personal energy and commitment to your work. While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous. You are adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a changing regulatory environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform monthly visibility audits and prepare related reporting to ensure compliance and transparency. You will conduct visibility audits for all new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company effectively. Writing and publishing monthly blog content for Top Producers and Change Makers will be part of your responsibilities, showcasing the achievements and insights of your colleagues. You will create and post press releases on the company website, helping to communicate Better's initiatives and updates to the public. Additionally, you will monitor and manage ActiveComply compliance activity, ensuring that the company adheres to necessary regulations. Overseeing and maintaining the Exclaimer email signature platform will also fall under your purview, contributing to the company's branding efforts. Implementing and maintaining onboarding automation will be crucial in streamlining the process for new employees.
