What you'll do
As a Marketing Coordinator at Cie, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a rewards program for a leading client in the automotive industry. You will serve as a concierge-level point of contact, ensuring that all aspects of the program run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing structured rewards systems, integrating gamification elements to enhance participation, and conducting regular communications with the client to gather feedback and insights. You will coordinate regional on-site visits to strengthen relationships and provide tailored support. Additionally, you will manage logistics for branded merchandise distribution and draft targeted email communications to sustain dealer engagement.
