What you'll do
As the Underwriting Site Manager, you will lead the Texas Site Underwriting Department, ensuring that production processes are efficient and effective. You will partner closely with the Head of Underwriting to implement strategies that reduce the cost of homeownership in America. Your role will involve redesigning the mortgage process to make it more approachable and understandable for customers.
