What you'll do

In this role, you will lead BetterUp’s top strategic initiatives, working closely with the Office of the CEO to drive projects that align with the company’s mission of human transformation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the employee experience, ensuring that all team members feel supported and valued.

You will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, leveraging your insights to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
