What you'll do

As the Offshore BPO Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of offshore vendor partners. This includes ensuring that customer service operations are delivered seamlessly and in alignment with Figure's quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive operational improvements and enhance service delivery. Your role will involve setting performance goals and monitoring progress to ensure that targets are met.
