What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of commercial matters — you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with the business development and operations teams to support their initiatives while managing legal risks.

You will also play a key role in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures that promote compliance and best practices across the organization — your insights will help shape the company's approach to legal challenges and opportunities.

Additionally, you will be involved in training and educating employees on legal matters relevant to their roles — your ability to simplify complex legal concepts will empower teams to make informed decisions.
