What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Associate General Counsel in advising on the legal aspects of SoFi's global expansion efforts. You will work closely with international counsel and various business teams to navigate regulatory frameworks and obtain necessary licenses for product launches in foreign jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting legal documents, providing guidance on compliance matters, and ensuring that the company's operations align with applicable laws.

You will also collaborate with teams across compliance, risk, product, engineering, and business to facilitate the successful launch of financial products outside the United States. As SoFi's international footprint expands, your role will evolve, presenting new challenges and opportunities for professional growth.
