Who you are

You have experience in account management, ideally within the e-commerce or logistics sectors, where you've successfully built and maintained strong relationships with clients. You understand the importance of being a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed effectively.

You are data-driven and can analyze feedback trends to identify areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders allows you to support merchants in their day-to-day operations while contributing to their strategic development.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Bigblue, you will be responsible for retaining and building key accounts, focusing on the most promising European D2C brands. You will work closely with merchants to understand their needs and help them leverage Bigblue's logistics platform to enhance their operations. Your role will involve studying feedback trends, establishing improvement plans, and managing expectations to ensure a five-star customer experience.
