Fresha is hiring an Account Manager to build quality relationships with their salon base and drive the use of Fresha's functionalities. This role is based in Madrid and offers a salary range of EUR 36,000 to 45,000 plus a monthly variable based on personal objectives.

Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry, and possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build lasting relationships with clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving business growth. Your ability to work autonomously and take initiative is complemented by your passion for technology and its application in enhancing customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with SaaS platforms and their functionalities. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a keen interest in the beauty and wellness market.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our salon partners, ensuring they are fully utilizing the features of our platform to enhance their operations. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure they achieve their business goals using Fresha.
You will also collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Your insights will help shape the development of new features and improvements to the platform based on client feedback. By fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of Fresha in the Southern European market.
