What you'll do

As an Ops Excellence Specialist at Bigblue, your mission is to ensure that our fulfillment engine operates faster, leaner, and more consistently. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our logistics processes, helping to standardize best practices across our partner warehouses. Your contributions will be vital in enabling us to handle more volume at lower costs, which is essential for our ambitious growth plans. You will partner closely with our Product & Tech teams to shape the evolution of our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring it meets the needs of our expanding operations. This hands-on, high-impact role requires you to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will also be involved in key mid-term projects that support our growth trajectory, making your role critical to our success.
