Who you are
You have a strong background in operational excellence and process improvement β your experience includes evaluating and redesigning processes to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity. You are skilled in using data analysis to inform decision-making and drive operational changes that align with business goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate business needs into clear technical specifications β you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout project cycles. Your ability to document processes clearly and accessibly is a key asset in your role.
You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a knack for identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation β your approach is data-driven, and you are comfortable defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the evaluation and mapping of internal processes, collaborating with different departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for standardization or automation. You will document processes in a way that is clear and scalable, ensuring that all team members can access and understand the information.
You will define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, using data analysis to detect bottlenecks and inform strategic decisions. Your role will involve translating business needs into functional specifications, facilitating communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing action plans that drive operational improvements, ensuring that the organization remains agile and aligned with its strategic objectives.
