You are skilled in identifying systemic issues and contributing to process and systems development, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed. Your ability to analyze warehouse costs and suggest improvements showcases your analytical mindset and commitment to operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the French warehouses for Bigblue, acting as the onsite operations manager and serving as an escalation point for both internal teams and external partners. You will own key performance indicators that drive a world-class merchant experience, ensuring compliance with guidelines and consistently meeting SLA expectations.

You will contribute to the development of processes and systems, identifying issues and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring warehouse transformation projects, such as mechanization, will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as will building strong relationships with all warehouse stakeholders.

You will provide warehouse expertise to the Growth and Customer Success teams, ensuring that all operations align with the company's mission to deliver exceptional service. Tracking and analyzing warehouse costs will be essential, and you will suggest ways to reduce expenses while maintaining high service levels.
