You have 1-3 years of experience in a Learning and Development or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment. Your strong organizational and project management skills enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, which is essential for supporting the administrative functions of the Learning Lab.

You possess a passion for employee development and understand the importance of fostering a culture of continuous learning within an organization. Your attention to detail ensures that all training programs are executed smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to enhance employee growth.

What you'll do

As a Learning and Development Coordinator at Billups, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of our Learning Lab, our internal Center of Excellence for Learning and Development. You will coordinate a variety of global training programs, ensuring that employees across all levels have access to meaningful learning opportunities. Your responsibilities will include scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and tracking participation and feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop programs that align with organizational goals. Your role will also involve maintaining training records and reporting on the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and development, helping employees to grow both professionally and personally.
