You excel in facilitating ecosystem adoption, understanding that while it's not your main job, your contributions are vital to the success of the initiatives. You are a hands-on builder who thrives in environments characterized by iteration and ambiguity, turning capability needs into concrete deliverables such as pathways, onboarding processes, enablement tools, frameworks, or insights. Your experience in these areas positions you as a leader in driving organizational growth and talent development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping how Taboola's people grow, lead, and thrive. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps and develop skill-based, data-informed learning and enablement solutions that support performance, mobility, and succession planning. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable systems that facilitate skill development and performance enhancement across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the learning solutions you create are aligned with the company's strategic goals and the evolving needs of the workforce.

You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the learning initiatives you implement, using data to refine and improve these programs continuously. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the learning experiences you design are engaging, relevant, and impactful. You will lead efforts to create a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, empowering employees to take charge of their growth and career progression.
