What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution of UK marketing initiatives across various channels, including events and partnerships. You will coordinate timelines, owners, and next steps across UK stakeholders and the global marketing team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. Managing event logistics will be a key responsibility, where you will handle invites, guest lists, registration tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations. You will also support social media and campaign coordination, assisting with drafts, scheduling, and reporting. Additionally, you will help create and update basic marketing materials such as one-pagers, agendas, and lightweight decks, keeping deliverables organized and moving. Your role will involve tracking actions, nudging owners, and flagging risks early to maintain project momentum. You may also support CRM and lead follow-up workflows, ensuring clean inputs and basic tracking.
