What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Marketing Lead in coordinating and executing various marketing strategies, including brand awareness and direct-response campaigns. You will assist in developing and tracking marketing budgets, ensuring alignment across campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing campaigns from ideation through execution across digital channels such as email, paid ads, and social media. You will create and coordinate marketing assets in collaboration with designers and copywriters, helping to launch new product drops and seasonal promotions. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS), building dashboards to share insights and recommend optimizations based on your findings.
