What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with matured affiliates, typically those who have been with Binance for 6–12 months. You will work closely with these partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed in promoting Binance's offerings.
You will drive cross-product conversion by collaborating with affiliates to develop tailored marketing strategies that highlight the benefits of Binance's services. This may involve creating promotional materials, providing training, and sharing best practices to help affiliates maximize their potential.
You will analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement — using this information, you will develop actionable insights that can enhance affiliate engagement and drive better results.
You will also be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, ensuring they understand Binance's products and how to effectively promote them. This includes providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their marketing efforts.
You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that affiliate feedback is incorporated into Binance's offerings. Your insights will help shape the future of Binance's affiliate program, ensuring it remains competitive and effective.
