Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience managing affiliate programs with sizable budgets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape. Your hands-on experience with the Impact platform has equipped you with the skills to effectively manage and optimize affiliate partnerships. You possess deep knowledge of publisher relationships and are adept at negotiating terms that benefit both parties. Your analytical mindset allows you to run cohort-based performance analyses, ensuring that every dollar spent is accounted for and optimized for customer acquisition cost efficiency.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Marketing, Product, and Compliance to streamline processes and enhance program performance. Your strategic thinking enables you to set quarterly goals and manage pacing effectively, reallocating spend across channels based on performance metrics. You are comfortable working with MarTech to improve data integrations and attribution, ensuring that the affiliate program aligns with broader marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a $40–50M affiliate budget, setting the strategy and managing the execution of the affiliate program. You will negotiate and structure partnerships with high-value publishers, including deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers. Your responsibilities will include managing agency relationships and overseeing the execution of the affiliate program on the Impact platform. You will partner with MarTech to enhance the platform roadmap and improve data integrations, ensuring that the affiliate program is data-driven and results-oriented.

You will work closely with Compliance to streamline the publisher content review process, reducing turnaround times and ensuring that all content meets regulatory standards. Additionally, you will run cohort-based performance analyses and collaborate with the CRO/Web teams on landing page optimization to maximize conversion rates. Your role will also involve supporting SEO/AEO strategies through affiliate content partnerships, ensuring that the affiliate program contributes to overall marketing goals.
