Who you are
You have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and the operational dynamics within it. Your experience in affiliate marketing or operations will help you navigate the complexities of user engagement in the Greater China region. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess performance metrics effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance user acquisition and retention. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin will be crucial in collaborating with local partners and stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and optimize affiliate programs to drive user growth and engagement across the Greater China region. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our affiliate strategies align with Binance's overall business objectives.
