What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Binti, you will lead a talented engineering team dedicated to building software that transforms social services. You will set the vision for your team, ensuring alignment with Binti's mission to help families stay together and avoid separation. Your role will involve defining clear objectives and key results, tracking progress, and celebrating successes.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the engineering team delivers high-quality software that meets user needs.
