What you'll do

As the Director of Internal Quality at Biofire, you will lead the quality assurance team in developing and implementing quality standards and processes. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure that products meet safety and performance requirements. Your role will involve conducting audits, analyzing quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
