You are also skilled in managing inventory and vehicle operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Bird, you will onboard, train, and lead a team of Mechanics, assigning daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow. You will maintain a team-oriented environment, integrating new Mechanics into the team seamlessly. Evaluating and providing feedback to the market manager on team performance will be a key responsibility, as will ensuring operational compliance and safety of all vehicles. You will complete quality checks prior to vehicle deployment, following established safety procedures to guarantee that Bird riders are on the safest vehicles. Additionally, you will manage vehicle operations, including inspection, rotation, and check in/out processes. Supporting inventory management and organizing tools, parts, and vehicles will also be part of your role. You will identify issues and perform small repairs on vehicles in the field when necessary.
