You are self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and team integration.

Desirable

Experience in the micromobility or transportation industry would be a plus, as would any background in vehicle maintenance or repair. Familiarity with inventory management systems and quality control processes can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Bird, you will onboard, train, and lead a team of Mechanics, assigning daily tasks to ensure workflow is efficient. You will maintain a team-oriented environment, integrating new Mechanics into the team seamlessly. Evaluating and providing feedback on team performance will be a key responsibility, as will ensuring operational compliance and safety of all vehicles through rigorous quality checks prior to their deployment. You will follow established safety procedures to guarantee that Bird riders are using the safest vehicles available. Additionally, you will manage vehicle operations, including inspection, rotation, and check-in/out processes, while supporting inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles. Identifying issues and performing small repairs on vehicles in the field will also be part of your role, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
