What you'll do

As an Operations Partner at Bird, you will work closely with the City Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-scooter fleet in Long Beach. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the scooters are properly maintained, deployed, and available to meet the transportation needs of the community. You will collaborate with local stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements to our services.

You will be responsible for monitoring fleet performance and usage data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Your insights will help shape operational strategies that align with Bird's mission of creating cleaner, more connected cities. You will also play a crucial role in community outreach, educating residents about the benefits of micromobility and promoting safe riding practices.
