What you'll do
As the Director of Engineering - Infrastructure at BitGo, you will lead a strategic organization composed of multiple engineering teams and managers. You will be accountable for the overall success of the Infrastructure department, making decisions that drive the achievement of departmental and company OKRs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the technical integrity and operational health of core infrastructure, while also managing budget and resource allocation effectively. You will work closely with other leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that your teams are equipped to handle the demands of the digital asset space. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing engineering talent within the organization, helping to shape the future of BitGo's infrastructure capabilities.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $260,000 to $320,000, along with equity and performance bonuses.
