What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a large, strategic organization composed of multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring a clear impact on the success of BitGo. You will own the success of the Infrastructure department, making decisions that consistently drive the achievement of departmental and company OKRs. You will be accountable for the overall technical integrity, operational health, and fiscal responsibility of our core infrastructure.

You will ensure that the organization is resilient, responsive, and able to quickly address changing business conditions or critical production issues. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that your teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing engineering talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What we offer

BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $260,000 to $320,000, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
