Who you are

You have 5–8 years of experience in traditional finance and digital assets, making you well-versed in the complexities of both sectors. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail enable you to thrive in fast-moving environments, where you can effectively manage P&L and balance sheet reporting. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of finance, trading, and operations, and you understand the nuances of financial controls across both TradFi and crypto products.

Your experience includes performing P&L control for crypto assets and derivatives, such as perpetual swaps, futures, and options. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to reconcile positions accurately and efficiently. You are adept at navigating the evolving landscape of digital assets, and your expertise positions you as a key player in the operational backbone of the digital economy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own daily, monthly, and quarterly P&L and balance sheet reporting for trading and investment products. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial controls across both traditional finance and crypto products, which will require close collaboration with various teams. Your ability to perform P&L control for crypto assets and derivatives will be crucial as you manage complex financial instruments.

You will also be tasked with reconciling positions and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.
