With a background as a solutions engineer, implementation manager, or in customer success at technical startups, you understand both the customer pain and the product. You have experience implementing complex systems and managing enterprise rollouts, and you know where systems can break in production. Your ability to connect customer needs with product capabilities makes you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Siena AI, you will own the roadmap for our AI agents, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business value.
