Overview
BitGo is seeking a Product Manager for their Stablecoins business to drive innovation in institutional trading workflows. You'll collaborate with quantitative traders and market makers to enhance the platform. This role requires 3-5 years of product management experience in fintech or capital markets.

You have 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in institutional trading, capital markets, or fintech with a trading focus. Your strong understanding of market microstructure, order management systems, and execution algorithms in traditional or crypto markets sets you apart. You are strategic and analytically driven, with a passion for scaling secure and user-friendly wallet infrastructure. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work with quantitative traders and institutional clients to define the future of institutional crypto trading at BitGo Prime.
Desirable
Experience with digital assets is a plus, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies. You are comfortable navigating complex trading environments and have a keen interest in the evolving digital asset space. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including market makers and clients, will be crucial in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive innovation and growth in BitGo's Stablecoins business, focusing on trade execution and institutional trading workflows. You will collaborate closely with quantitative traders and key stakeholders to enhance the platform for broader adoption. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that the needs of institutional clients are met while aligning with BitGo's strategic goals.
You will work onsite in Singapore, fostering fast decision-making and collaboration within the team. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position BitGo's products effectively in the market. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
