You have a strong background in software engineering, particularly with experience in building resilient and robust APIs and services. You are proficient in Go and understand the intricacies of developing financial services applications, including clearing and settlement processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from inception to deployment.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can work independently with limited supervision. Your experience includes working on critical projects that require attention to detail and a focus on scalability and functionality. You are also familiar with documenting APIs and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at BitGo, you will design and build strong, resilient APIs and libraries that power our financial services, including digital asset lending and trading. You will take ownership of functionality and scalability features, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and integrate smoothly with our existing systems. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of the Settlement Services team.

You will be responsible for exposing and documenting functionality to the UI and third-party developers, ensuring that all aspects of the services you build are well understood and easily accessible. Your role will involve working on critical projects that impact the digital asset space, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of investing in cryptocurrencies.
