What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Trade team, you will be responsible for designing and building strong, resilient APIs and services that power BitGo's financial offerings, including clearing and settlement, digital asset lending, and trading. You will take ownership of functionality and scalability features, ensuring that they meet the high standards required in the financial industry.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams and product managers to expose and document functionality for both internal and external users. Your role will involve working on critical projects with limited supervision, allowing you to demonstrate your technical expertise and leadership skills.

You will also engage in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's development practices. Your insights will help shape the future of BitGo's technology stack and ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the digital asset industry.

What we offer

BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary averaging between $165,000 and $200,000 CAD, along with equity and an annual performance bonus. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovative thinking and problem-solving.
