What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at BitMEX, you will design and implement fast, real-time web applications that cater to cryptocurrency derivatives traders. You will collaborate with the web engineering team to build and maintain the user interface and backend services, ensuring a seamless trading experience for users.

You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of web applications — this includes analyzing and improving load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience. Your role will involve working closely with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and deliver features that enhance the platform's functionality.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices within the engineering team — sharing your knowledge and expertise to help junior engineers grow and improve their skills. Your contributions will directly impact the success of BitMEX's trading platform, as you work to ensure that it remains a leader in the cryptocurrency market.
