What you'll do

As a Senior Data Analyst - Experimentation at Bitvavo, you will lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments — your work will directly influence how we optimize the user journey and scale our growth strategies. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Marketing Managers to identify key areas for experimentation and ensure that insights are effectively communicated and implemented.

You will act as an analytics business partner to domain managers, providing them with the data-driven insights they need to make informed decisions — your proactive approach will help teams design and execute rigorous experiments that yield actionable results. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators, analyzing user behavior data, and presenting findings to stakeholders — you will ensure that data insights are integrated into product and marketing strategies.
