Bitvavo is hiring a Payment & Wallet Operations specialist to ensure smooth daily crypto operations on their platform. You'll manage hot wallet liquidity and staking operations. This role requires experience in crypto treasury operations.

You have a strong understanding of crypto treasury operations and are passionate about the digital asset space. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with various teams to enhance customer experiences. Your attention to detail ensures that all operations run smoothly, and you are proactive in identifying and resolving issues. You are self-driven and motivated to contribute to the growth of Bitvavo as it expands across Europe.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the crypto wallet and staking operations, ensuring continuous liquidity on the hot wallets. You will optimize the allocation of funds across custody, staking, and hot wallets while following up on pending crypto transfers. You will collaborate with the Operations, Treasury, Operational Engineering, Support, and Finance teams to provide a high-quality experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include managing daily crypto operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the platform.
