What you'll do

As a Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist, you will facilitate cryptocurrency transactions between exchanges, ensuring that all processes are executed in a timely manner. You will perform treasury and inventory management of cryptoassets, monitoring pending settlements and liaising with counterparties to mitigate settlement risks. Your role will involve collaborating with back-office teams to facilitate comprehensive reconciliation activities, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for refining operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will work closely with various internal teams, including trading, compliance, and technology, to support the overall objectives of the cryptoasset trading business. Your ability to manage workflows and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations. You will also need to be flexible with your work schedule, as it may require overlapping with North American hours to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
