You have a proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps that align with broader company goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and drive product improvements. You are comfortable with experimentation and understand the value of A/B testing in optimizing user engagement and satisfaction. You are also familiar with agile methodologies and can effectively manage cross-functional teams to deliver results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and deliver the product strategy for Bitvavo's Mobile Applications Platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall objectives. You will set the roadmap for the platform, driving the adoption of tools and continuously improving the quality of mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that the applications are high-performing and crash-free, enabling frequent and error-free releases. You will also work with product designers to create consistent user experiences across the platform.

You will be responsible for gathering user feedback and conducting market research to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation. You will lead the prioritization of features and improvements based on user needs and business impact. Your role will involve coordinating with QA engineers to ensure that all releases meet quality standards and provide a seamless user experience. You will also be expected to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture at Bitvavo.
