What you'll do

In this role, you will own the 0→1 build of the voize Management Platform, a critical product that will redefine how care organizations adopt and derive value from voize's AI solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the platform meets the needs of both frontline staff and leadership. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining success metrics, and iterating on the product based on feedback and data insights.

You will lead the product development process, coordinating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and gather input on future enhancements. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and positioning.
