Your experience in the fintech or digital asset space is a plus, as it allows you to bring valuable insights into the unique needs of users in this industry. You are comfortable with various research methodologies and can adapt your approach based on project requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of user research initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that product decisions are informed by user insights. You will analyze research findings and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders, helping to shape the direction of Bitvavo's product offerings. Your expertise will guide the development of toolkits, guides, and templates that facilitate research across teams, promoting a culture of user advocacy within the organization.

You will also play a key role in defining best practices for user research, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary resources to conduct effective research. By championing user needs, you will help Bitvavo build a best-in-class experience for its customers, particularly in key European markets.
