You have a strong background in managing global import compliance programs, ideally within the technology or hardware sectors. Your experience includes overseeing customs clearance operations and developing compliance strategies that align with business objectives. What you'll do
As a Supplier Manager on Block's Global Freight & Trade Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing the global import compliance program across all of Block's Hardware portfolio. You will own customs clearance operations and develop strategies to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and mitigate risks associated with import activities.
You will monitor changes in trade regulations and assess their impact on the company's operations, ensuring that all import activities are compliant with applicable laws. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting Block's mission to provide integrated solutions that empower sellers worldwide.
