What you'll do
In this role, you will own the development and refinement of the commerce sales pitch system, continuously enhancing it with compelling data and narratives that align with funnel goals. You will create scalable awareness-driving materials as well as high-impact conversion and retention content that supports the sales teams at every stage of the funnel. Collaborating closely with marketing, analytics, and sales stakeholders, you will ensure that all content is relevant and impactful for our merchant partners. You will also analyze the performance of your content initiatives, using insights to iterate and improve future campaigns. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in bringing to life the value of our retail payments and marketing solutions, helping to attract, engage, convert, and retain our partners. You will play a key role in shaping the narrative around Cash App Commerce, ensuring that our messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with our brand values.
