You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in financial technology or consumer products. You understand how to position products effectively and have a knack for storytelling that resonates with customers. Your strategic mindset allows you to influence product development and go-to-market strategies effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Growth to ensure successful product launches. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing company, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Product Marketing Manager for Cash App, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for core peer-to-peer initiatives. This includes refining and scaling existing product experiences as well as launching new features to enhance user engagement. You will partner with Product and Design teams to influence product development based on market needs and customer feedback. Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives that communicate the value of Cash App's offerings to users. You will also analyze market trends and user data to inform your strategies and ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals. Additionally, you will coordinate with Growth and Creative teams to execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping how millions of customers interact with their money through Cash App.
